Powell has been stationed at Ft. Gordon for the last three years and was getting another tattoo before moving to his next assignment in Hawaii. Powell says Shane has given him all his tattoos, "...too many to count...," in the last four years. Shane owns another store on Gordon Highway, Shane's Tattoos which also offers the same service.
